These terms apply to your use of catna.cc and its pages. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Who we are
catna.cc is run by Agbisit Acquisitions Ltd, trading as CATNA, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16795399), with its registered office at 4 Savile Drive, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 2EU, United Kingdom. Contact: support@catna.cc.
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover the website only. They do not cover the CATNA 2.0 program. If you join the program, it is governed by the CATNA 2.0 Terms of Service and related policies, including the Refund & Returns Policy and the End User License Agreement, which you accept when you buy.
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
3. Booking a call
Booking a strategy call is free and does not commit you to buy anything. The call is a conversation to see whether the program is a fit for you and your business. We may decline or cancel a booking, for example if the details given are incomplete or the program is clearly not a fit. If we cancel, we will tell you by email before the call time.
4. Results and earnings
We make no representation that you will earn any specific amount, or any amount at all. Client results shown on this site are the experience of those specific clients, are not typical, and are not a guarantee or projection of your results. Your outcome depends on your own offer, market, effort and implementation.
5. Information, not advice
The content on this site is general information about our approach and our program. It is not financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
6. Our content
The videos, text, design and other content on this site belong to us or are used with permission, including client testimonials, which are shown with the client's permission under our agreement with them. You may watch and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, download, republish or sell our content without our written permission.
7. Using the site properly
You must not:
- book calls in someone else's name or with false details,
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, HQ or the systems behind them,
- scrape, overload or interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
8. Other services
Parts of the site are provided by other companies, such as Calendly for bookings and YouTube for some videos. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for services or websites we do not run.
9. HQ
HQ (hq.catna.cc) is CATNA's internal tool for authorised staff. Its own terms are at hq.catna.cc/terms.
10. Our liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
If you use the site as a consumer, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care, but not for loss that was not foreseeable. If you use the site for your business, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity, or for any indirect loss. Your use of the CATNA 2.0 program is covered by its own terms.
11. Changes
We update these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.
12. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
