CATNA 2.0 Refund & Returns Policy
Effective Date of this version: 16 October 2026
Original Effective Date: 01 December 2025
Last Updated: 16 October 2026
This Policy applies to CATNA 2.0 and forms part of the Terms of Service; capitalised words have the Terms' meanings, and the Terms prevail if the two conflict (Clause 3.3 of the Terms).
1. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
1.1 Subject to Section 5 of this Policy and to Clause 6.8 of the Terms (if you enrol as a consumer), all sales are final from the time you pay, whether or not you have been given Access, unless we fail to give you Access for reasons that are not your fault.
1.2 Subject to Section 5 of this Policy and to Clause 6.8 of the Terms (if you enrol as a consumer), and because the Program includes immediate digital access, confidential Materials, and live coaching, you are not entitled to any refund for:
(a) change of mind,
(b) lack of time,
(c) non-participation,
(d) failure to implement,
(e) dissatisfaction with subjective expectations,
(f) business or financial changes,
(g) outcomes not achieved.
2. LEGAL EXCEPTION
2.1 Nothing in this Policy limits refunds that are strictly required by applicable law.
2.2 If you enrol as a consumer, nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights or your rights under Clause 16.5 of the Terms.
2.3 Goodwill exceptions. If we voluntarily issue any refund, credit, or adjustment outside the situations described in this Policy, such action is a goodwill exception made at our sole discretion and does not create any obligation, precedent, or modification of this Policy. A refund paid under Section 5 is not a goodwill exception; it is a contractual entitlement.
2.4 Consumers. If you enrol as a consumer, Clause 6.8 of the Terms sets out your right to cancel within fourteen (14) days after the day you purchase. Nothing in this Policy limits it.
3. BILLING ERRORS AND DUPLICATE CHARGES
3.1 If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the charge by emailing billing@catna.cc with:
(a) your full name and purchase email,
(b) date and amount of the charge,
(c) proof of the charge (receipt or bank statement excerpt).
If you tell us later, we will still correct any billing error our records confirm.
3.2 If we confirm in writing that a billing error occurred, we will correct it. We will refund the erroneous amount, or, if you agree, credit it against a future payment.
3.3 If we do not confirm a billing error in writing, no refund is owed under this Section.
3.4 This Section deals with billing errors only. It does not apply to Performance Guarantee claims, which follow Section 5.
4. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND COOPERATION
4.1 You agree to contact us first to resolve billing issues. Clause 8.9(c) of the Terms sets out when a payment dispute affects the Performance Guarantee.
4.2 A payment reversal you pursue in bad faith is a material breach of the Terms (Clause 6.7(b) of the Terms), and we may:
(a) suspend your Access, and terminate it, as Clause 19.1 of the Terms allows,
(b) provide evidence of access and delivery to payment processors,
(c) pursue the amounts owed, and recovery costs as defined in Clause 6.4(b) of the Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
4.3 Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith, or on performance grounds without first using the claim process in Clause 8.7 of the Terms, voids the Performance Guarantee, per Clause 8.9(c) of the Terms. A dispute about a genuine billing error, or one raised only to protect your rights before a payment provider's deadline and notified to us in writing at the same time, does not.
5. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
5.1 Section 8 of the Terms of Service sets out a Performance Guarantee. Where it applies to you and you satisfy every condition in it, you are entitled to a refund of Program Fees on the terms of that Section. This is a contractual entitlement, not a discretionary or goodwill refund.
5.2 The Performance Guarantee is the only performance-based exception to this Policy. Nothing else in this Policy creates a refund right based on outcomes.
5.3 Availability. Clause 8.13 of the Terms sets out who the Performance Guarantee applies to. If it does not apply to you, neither does this Section.
5.4 How to claim. Clause 8.7 of the Terms sets out how and when to claim. Claims go to legal@catna.cc.
5.5 Conditions. The Guarantee depends on every condition in Section 8 of the Terms, including Clauses 8.3 (Adherence Requirements), 8.4 (Tolerance), 8.5 (Paid advertising and attribution) and 8.6 (Evidence and burden of proof). Read Section 8 in full. This Section does not vary it.
5.6 Effect of a refund. Clause 8.8 of the Terms sets out what happens when a refund is paid under Section 8, including that it is in full and final settlement of all claims relating to the Program.
6. INSTALMENTS AND CANCELLATION
6.1 If you choose an instalment plan, you are committing to pay every instalment of it (Clause 6.2 of the Terms).
6.2 Subject to Clause 6.8 of the Terms (if you enrol as a consumer), you may not cancel instalments to avoid payment for the Program.
6.3 If an instalment is not paid by the end of the grace period in Clause 6.4(a) of the Terms, Clauses 6.4 and 6.5 of the Terms apply.
6.4 Failure to pay any amount when due, where not cured within the grace period in Clause 6.4(a) of the Terms, voids the Performance Guarantee, per Clause 8.9(a) of the Terms.
